a screenshot of one of the parts for resonance, manifestations - a draft at least - for whispering choir. the text is collaged from webpages found in a search for the phrase "Transit of Venus". At one point the text was to be part of my piece of that name (2010) and has been floating around ever since. the position of the text (in fact each letter [and space] is generated by the computer alternating between different behaviours/contours for example: step down, step up, leap down, leap up, remain etc - and gives a general indication of pitch. the score scrolls from right to left.
